Brian began his real estate career 20 years ago working as a loan officer for a small mortgage company in Huntington Beach, California. After learning the ropes of the financing side of the business, he switched focus and became a full time real estate agent, hanging his license at a large Century 21 firm with more than 800 agents.
Working with both buyers and sellers, Brian quickly learned how to succeed and stand apart in the fast-paced, highly competitive real estate market. His key to success was to provide the highest possible standard of service for each and every client. He learned that being a real estate agent was less about "selling" and more about serving the interest of his clients. Consequently, he was the recipient of the "Quality of Service" award, which was given to only one agent out of more than 800, "Quality of Service" award years ago.
When not working, Brian enjoys hiking, 4WD exploring, reading, meditating, building and fixing things, dining out, and spending time with friends and family.
Jeanne Watson MA
Jeanne Watson has over 20 years' experience in contract negotiations, mediation and transaction coordination, as well as real estate investing. Starting with real estate investing in Southern California while still in college, Jeanne learned the value of getting in on the property ladder as soon as possible and how to track trends in real estate as both a buyer and seller, building a real estate investment portfolio with exponential returns.
After graduate school, Jeanne began rehabbing and selling older properties, following the housing market and moving into real estate as a full time career, which allowed her to follow her dream of a quieter life in Northern Arizona.
After years of dreaming of a move to the Sedona/Verde Valley area, Jeanne and her husband moved here with an intention of community involvement and service, as well as continuing to help others realize their dreams of home ownership and building their real estate portfolio.
In her spare time, Jeanne enjoys reading, hiking, music, cooking, and studying the history of the region.
